1. How
long does this take to make an order?
We are committed to
make things fast and good quality, depends on the items ordered,
it often takes 3 - 7 days to produce the ready-designed items
and gets you from 7 - 10 days for the newly designed items.
2. Are
there real/sterling silver or all just silver plated?
Yes of course, we are
making items from sterling silver (from 6999, 7999 .....to
9999.
And we also produce
items from copper, then plated with silver outside.
3. How
long does the silver plated item last?
There are many factors that could make the
silver plated items get pale:
- How thick the items are plated with silver
- What purposes of the items (for displaying
or using) This could last for 2 years or more for items displaying.
The silver agent could be fading quick if using with lots
of conditions.
4. Can we use
silver plated items for eating?
NO, ABSOLUTELY NO, it's very nice but it
turns out to be dangerous if you use for eating.
5. How can I
polish the silver items myself?
Put some tooth paste on the pale place then
rub it gently with a very soft cloth back and fort.
